    Oh fantastic that he managed to get his vaccine. My auntie is a nurse and has been saying they just want people to come in and get the vaccine as so many within Leicestershire are not taking it and they don’t want to waste it. I find it astonishing that people aren’t booking in as soon as they are allowed to. I want Leicester out of the high danger zones as soon as possible to keep all our friends, family & communities safe, however appreciate not everyone thinks the same.

    The idea of a move to NI sounds so exciting! 
    First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).
    New forever home- Sep’21 £309,449 @ 2.05%. Plan to clear it before 30 years!!!!!!

  • Glad he got his jab, hopefully he'll relax a bit now. 

    Love Belfast, its fast becoming a top city to visit. We live on the north coast now and cant imagine living back in the city again. We also couldn't afford the same lifestyle back in England
    Mortgage start date Nov 2014  - £90,545 over 25 years
    Re-mortgage Oct 2017 - 78,295 over 23 years
    Re-mortgage Jan 2020 - 55,000 over 26 years @ 1.94%
    Current Mortgage Outstanding Middle December 2020 - £
    47893.35 - a reduction of £42,652 in just over 6 years!
