I hate it when my get up and go, gets up and goes.  It will come back, but you can't force it - so like when the kids are away enjoy the peace and quiet and have a lazy day *however much hard work that is

The rings are fading slowly, he is still being creamed 3 x daily but they are fading - I have to keep creaming for 7 days after they go (how am I supposed to know where they are if they are invisible - permanent marker now and guess later?)

Today was supposed to be all relaxy, and fun, but got called in to f/b for emergency frantic panic box packing.  Surprise order of  boxes needed as the client had only just discovered that Easter happens at this time of year, every year, and so they needed twice as many boxes as they had asked for.  So a hurried jam sandwich for lunch, and a lara bar in the car at 3 waiting for the kids to come out of school.    I am rather epic at packing boxes quickly it must be said (toot toot).

So there. I am now off duty until Monday, and after next Thursday I have nothing in the diary at all until the following Thursday as the f/b is closed over Easter for once - historically we are utterly quiet over Easter, I have worked the last 2 and not had a single client come in. Everyone assumes we are closed, even when we told them we are open. But we always opened just in case there was that one person that might need us. Well not this year. 

Which is a pretty good motivation for getting some sticky jobs off the list.

DH has just gone next door to do his gaming, so I have the next 3 or 4 hours to myself.... what to do????

Why not try gaming yourself.  Well maybe not gaming as they do it, but playing games.  I download games from a website that does either 60 or 90 mins free.  I've never bought a game yet, although I did get a free game for letting them know there was a problem with one.  There are hundreds to play & as the time is limited you can't land up stuck on there for the foreseeable.  Beat them all at their own game.

I would rather gnaw my own legs off    It is a total mystery to me how it is supposed to be enjoyable - I do like The Groniad's online daily quick crossword, but that is my limit on online games.  My brain just can't see the point, so I have launched myself back to the 1980s with Battlestar Galactia on Horror.  Sci fi I can cope with - DS4  just saw a cylon, yelped and left the room.    Best bad-guys ever.

You make them sound like coffee cup rings left on a table...!

They are about the size of a penny piece, they were bright red, but have faded down nicely to a dull pink and seem to be getting a little smaller, according to the NHS website I might be creaming him for up to 4 weeks to be rid of it entirely.  I think I will ask for a spray once this cream is used up, then I can just spray coat him like a lacquered table, and it will take much less time.  Up and down like watering the plants, or rinsing the car.

Have you taken a good close look at his hair? Ringworm can hit there too and it's a b*gger to get rid of. Needs a prescription.

You can't beat a good Darlek, or to go slighlty less retro, Weeping Angels, now they are scary.
