    Afternoon all.
Im shattered!! It has taken me 3 hours to get the stairs ready for new carpet tommorow, iv lifted old carpet tiles, swept, hoovered, moped and wiped down all the walls, plus moved everything that may get in fitters way (including a very heavy bookshelve!!) Then i phoned carpet shop to confim fitting times and said i pay the ballance to the fitters (which is what i was told when paying my deposit) oh no the carpet wont be allowed to leave the shop until it is paid for in full!! So after a few choice words iv now got to go to carpet shop before i pick the kids up!!!
Dont you hate it when staff at the same shop tell you totally different things!

Right thats my mini coffee break over, off to do so more

    Hi everyone!
Hugs to those who need them and good to see the dust has settled on the daily after my last visit.
OS today has been hanging out a dark load, hoovering through and a general tidy round. Tonight I shall continue to go through my secret stash of catalogues [going back to 1998!!] which I have hung onto for inspiration for house ideas. Am cutting out the pics of the bits I actually want and the pile is diminishing rapidly. Strange really because I'm not really one for clutter usually! I also want to have a good nose through my craft books as I'm itching to start a new project.
Funny yesterday...my boss asked me if I could freecycle her neighbour's TV for her. Did so and it went within 24 hours!! She was so pleased that she's now joined herself!
Tuna supreme for tea tonight and a dose of Who do you think you are?
    Regards
    Aril

I've never had French Onion soup, and these aren't French onions they're from the field next door so they're Suffolk Onions do you think that matters?!

If anyone's got that Delia recipe I'd like to give it a go, I'll be making TONS of it as I've just counted my stash and I've got 304! Good eh? I'm going back at twightlight to pinch , ooops I mean salvage some more!:rotfl:

I haven't got any tights though so I'm not sure what to put them in. Might ask the old lady down the road if she's got any ~ ooo no , changed my mind about that, yucky vision!:rotfl:
