Will Britain really leave EU?

Same with the rest of the world. They've got more expensive in the other direction too. But what's that got to do with whatever we're meant to be talking about?
I've no idea what points you wish to make but I am simply correcting your point about UK the price of exports to the EU.0 -
I'd love to know what you think you were owed.
One thing I am thankful for is the peace from the last 60 years.
That is the most valuable thing of all and has clearly been jeopardized. I do not feel people really understand how sensitive complex society is. It does not take much for chaos to break out.
The situation voting out with so called Brexit mindlessness could only have been born from the luxury and complacency of 60 odd years of peace and largely increasing prosperity for all including the poorest. A disconnect from the reality and potential of negative and destabilizing events happening.
Every day there is worrying news that all is not well in UK economics and yet this is ignored as if it was not actually happening right now. It is going to be a case of trickle down poverty as time moves on. Slowly but surely we are all going to start feeling the pinch without knowing where it is going to stop. So make friends with insecurity.
It is futile to try and convince Brexiters otherwise and this is why this will a long term societal split where people will not forget the mindless Brexit vote.
You need only look at how depressed people are looking out on the streets, the worry and concern is very real. Soon it will be coming to your purses and pockets and then the REAL moaning will start. I cannot afford to eat what I used to, I have no money left this month, no holidays this year, I cannot pay my mortgage this month.
Unfortunately the initial shock waves just got real and especially annoyingly for remainers none of us are going to be bystanders unless you are very wealthy.
And what for ? You don't even know.
And that is the real problem in reasoning for those who wanted to remain.0 -

How this comes across...
Way too over the top to be considered seriously.
Forgets NATO.
Ignores any other trade deals. Ignores ongoing trade with EU required by both parties to be fair, even on WTO terms.0 -

Bleddy Hell!...Where do you live, it must be awful for you.
I have noticed that so many embittered Remainers are resorting to anecdotal tales of doom now, I suppose when your world view has been rejected its tempting to say the cat is looking a depressed, it must be down to Brexit.
When I look at the UK now and into the future, I see what I`ve always seen, a country that by hook or crook gets where it needs to be without the need for violent revolution.
Some Remainers need to stop trying to transfer their post-Brexit angst on to others, its borderline pathological.“Britain- A friend to all, beholden to none”. 🇬🇧0 -

Well how thoroughly depressing.
Still at least it's better than your first attempted response to my question where you just told me to 'grow a brain'
I'm not sure how this sorry tale of misery quite fits with the economic predictions from the treasury that were made before the referendum.
You remember don't you - house prices will still increase (but not by as much), household incomes will still increase (but not by as much)0 -
You asked what I am owed, I said peace was enough.
The rest of the replies are predictable responses from Brexiters who think only about what they thought they would gain in monetary terms and not what will be lost. Ignorance, for now, is bliss I suppose.
I don't think I can accept any responses as valid from people who voted for something they did not even know what the consequences and implications were. It was a vote for the unknown. That fact alone speaks volumes to me about incompetent reasoning and entirely nulls the spewing of hopeful speculation about how Brexit will be good for the U.K.
A multitude of decisions will now be made which you are highly likely to have zero say about and that our government today and future will also have hugely reduced global influence.0 -

only an idiot thinks they know the future
people who never take a considered risk never achieve anything
the assumption that everyone that disagrees with you is suffering from incompetent reasoning, is indeed suffering from incompetent reasoning.0 -

That's pretty naive. It's possible to have a reasonable idea of the future. I know that if I stab myself in the foot it'll hurt, for instance.
We're not even talking about generally being risk adverse - I'm all for a bit of risk, if the reward is comparible. With Brexit we're talking about HUGE, economy destroying risk, with no idea what the reward could be. We've traded the camper van for the contents of the mystery box.0 -

Doesn't sound as if you've heard of the G7, G10, G20 , Nato etc etc.........0 -
'Economy destroying risk' !!!!!!0
