Hi I got my refund also today everything apart from flights in so relieved

I've received a full chargeback from Nationwide via debit card.

The only issue is that they have refunded me for my flight as well which I made clear I wasn't claiming for in the documentation I submitted.

Am going to call them again today to ask what I should do next as I'm sure it will be challenged for that amount at least.

Hopefully I'll be able to pay them again for the flights (which are confirmed as I have now checked-in online and have boarding passes) and then everything is sorted which would be a fantastic result.

Great to hear that you have been confirmed for a refund.
I also started my claim on the 18th July with Barlcays. Ring them every few days to get several different stories and fob-offs and being told it is being dealt with and I will hear in a few days blah blah.
They say they did not receive my paperwork back until the 25th July!.

Could I ask when you sent in your documents and have you received written confirmation of the refund or just verbal?

Received my Paypal refund. Hopefully everyone with Paypal will be sorted by weekend.
