Lloyds chargeback dept who are based in Asia:mad:are saying they sent me a SMS message and email in Aug/Sep last year (2weeks after I got refund) requesting hotel name and dates
Told them I wasn't signed up for SMS messages and didn't get email,also that they got all info they asked for when I started chargeback...emails,copy invoice,screenshots etc which showed hotel name,dates and amount paid
Had to be firm on the phone as they asked me write in to request refund...spoke to her supervisor then person above supervisor.Have been told it should be sorted by monday:rotfl:
