I've been feeling like that. You will get ur refund when u least expect it. I think Definately by Friday. I never believed it until I saw it in my account. Uve kept me positive on here aswell as a few other people don't give up ur at the last hurdle

I will feel relaxed once I get there. But until then I will still worry a bit. But thank you anyway I feel really lucky to have my money back. I just want everybody to get exactly what they're entitled to

I went away last November for my daughters 18th to morrocco and the weather was ok but never got to wear a bikini . So I'm going to make the most out of wearing it this time.

They said that the case has been investigated and its been awarded in my favour. I started the claim on the 18th july so there's hope for everyone still in limbo.
I paid on a debit card in March and thought I'd lost the lot!!
Hopefully it will be in my account before we go on Monday as we have to pay for the hotel again which was going to be paid on a credit card!!
All I need now is HSBC to pay out the other £1000 on another debit card I used to pay for the holiday.

Thought it was always hot there although i don`t` venture that far (africa) its been baking in Spain recently so watch you don`t burn lol
