I think she's already on here so I've sent a message to that person anyway. She was ever so informative she new everything about everything lol. She could literally answer all ur questions and make you think outside the box . We must be a sad pair we send most of our time on these bloody forums. What are we going to talk about once we get our money back? I can always join Gavs weather site. They seem lovely and pleasant on there.

I was told by PayPal that once you open a dispute with ur bank ur PayPal dispute automatically closes without being able to re open the case. I did phone PayPal last night and the guy did say they are working there way through cases now and making refunds. Give it another week then ring them to see what they say.

Hi Arthur. How are you?I did ring PayPal last night and was assured yet again they were working through there cases as they have thousands. And they are making refunds but it's taking longer the expected. It could be 30days or more from when we opened the claim. I do no some people have been paid out so don't worry and just keep hanging in there being patient

...It's the actual waiting and not knowing that annoys me..They have been very poor at keeping people informed as to the actual process ..I was originally promised a definite 100% sure refund after ten days..when I originally spoke to a rep....This then suddenly went out of the window..with no tangible explanation as to why....And no end date being offered...My Bank has refunded the bulk of my Holiday balance via Chargeback..It's the £500 deposit via paypal I am waiting for now...

I was also promised a refund after 10 days but now on day 20 and still nothing. It will Definately come back to you so don't worry. Did u loose everything including ur flights?

..Hi Tracey...Like you..still hanging in there....Thanks for the "heads up " on Paypal..I was going to ring them today..But won't bother after your update....They are (as you say) paying out now.so we will get it..Just a question of when....I thought it was you on here...Lol.....Not sure why they locked the other forum..I have been on to them..but not had a proper response..They just pointed me to this forum saying "its still open"...?

I've got faith the money will come back to us. They always lock the forums after a few days it don't make sense as this is an ongoing issue. It's a shame that we keep loosing contact with everybody and it's nice to speak to people in the same situation. Just keep positive and keep ur fingers crossed this will all get sorted very soon
