Ordered this wine on 14th Sept for delivery on 20th Sept, received e mail confirming it will be delivered the 20th, had to take 2 hours off work to be in when it was delivered (cos someone has to be in who is 18yrs +) - they did not turn up.

Neither did I receive a call or an e mail - they just didn't show up.

Asda - here I come !!

I got my wine delivered tonight,minus the Granacha that was cancelled but I still got 12 bottles white wine for £15.65 as they still deducted my £15 off £50 voucher:j

It was due between 5-7 but came at 4.30 ,luckily OH was just in from work!

Urrggh!!!

I was supposed to have a delivery of wine this morning between 10am-12pm. I didnt order the wine for £12.32.. i ordered £56 (minus the £15 voucher) worth of wine... so its not just if you ordering the cheaper stuff.

Have they turned up?... no

Have they called?... no

I've rang them three times now. The first man I spoke to was rather curt with me asking WHY I had two addresses registered with them? Like this makes a difference... I asked for my wine to be delivered to my current address and I have a confirmation email with this on. He just brushed me off saying give it 30 minutes more.

The second guy, pretty much said the same thing and said he appologised for the delay and they would be here soon.

The third person I called was a woman, said she'd try and find out exactly what had happened and would call me back. She did but said she cant even get hold of the store or the delivery guy... so she has no idea what has happened!!!!

What a mess....

I have to call them again now to re-schedule!!! This is crazy and absolutely appauling service.

I think I may say I'm not going to pay for delivery... surely I'm within my rights... I've been waiting over 4 hours now. :mad:

I'm sorry but your original post is of little help to the general discussion unless you are prepared to provide fuller details so that the many others affected can request equal treatment from Tesco.
Unless or until you share your so called luck in getting Tesco to deliver in this issue then your post remains an EMPTY BOAST POST.

Three calls to TESCO is 3 calls too many , all at your expense on a line that they are probably making money from! DOUBLE WHAMMY AT YOUR EXPENSE.

I personally dont agree that they dont respond to complaints - it is a drip feed process. COMPLAIN LIKE HELL. Send emails to anyone you can find the address of.

Most importantly as Haveagoade as pointed out, hit them where it hurts by telling them you are not shopping with them and just go elsewhere if they persist in their arrogant disregard of smaller customers.

TESCO are the unacceptable face of Supermarkets.

He probably meant its hard to believe that the TESCO suits are telling the truth and wasnt casting aspersions on your trustworthiness.
