Had another few NSD's - Weds and today have been NSD's so up to 3 now.
Tomorrow might end up as a spend day as DD has been invited to a party and I need to get a present.
Here are a couple of photos of my baby turkeys (the red aura is from the heat lamp):
and a close up:0 -
If I have changed the board shape please let me know and I will remove - I did it via tinypic and should be right size for forums.0

Hello, just checking in, Calling, I live in South Wales.
Travelled back to Wales today. Not a NSD, but that's ok, spent a shocking 9 quid on lunch at a train station, grrrrrr. Came back home briefly to unpack and put on a wash load before heading to play Football. We only have one week left confirmed at the venue we are currently at so could be playing on grass at a different venue in two weeks time.
There is talks of going out next week after football, either for drinks or food as it is our 'last' week, and we have saved up so much money from over paying on the fees that we want to take our coach for food to say thank you. Lovely idea but worried about the cost.
Just had pizza for tea, watching football now, then will have a shower, then bed.
My tip for the day. If you are travelling back on the train all sweaty after exercising, try to sit next to someone who has over used perfume/after shave. They might not notice how bad you smell :rotfl:
Tomorrow I am aiming for a NSD, will try anything to make it happen, I'll leave my wallet at home if i have to.Debt Free Stage 1 - Completed 27/08/2020

Hi everyone!
NSD 2 for me and I have paid another £250 off cc, making £749 left to go.
Sorry not had chance to read what you have all been up to. Will catch up properly soon!0 -
The power cut yesterday has caused a power surge and damaged the electrics that make our boiler work so we have had no water for 30 hours and it cant be fixed until Saturday! Thank goodness for emergency funds.
DH and I have been umming and ahhing about a holiday for the last few weeks as we cancelled our summer holiday due to the house move at the beginning of the year. On Sunday we decided against booking one and today we have gone and booked one for a week that I found for a really good price with a big discount in Greece. DS will be ecstatic!
We have a trip to London in November and would have gone shopping and also DH likes to spend a lot at Christmas so we have agreed that this holiday is instead of those 2 budgeted expenses so the money will be redirected to the holiday instead. YNAB tweaking is in operation.
Any ideas for more cultural activities in London would be appreciated. We have done all the big museums and galleries so some quirky things to do would be cool.
Not a NSD due to paying for the gas engineer to come out, nor will we have one tomorrow due to the Mr T delivery.

EE how cute!
Really excited this morning as I've just paid off £434.13 off my debt so I am now just under £2300 left. That's over 80% off my starting figure of debt and over 60% off my target for the year :j However, that will probably be my last overpayment from extra work as examining has finished, I won't be taking on a tutee next year due to increased work commitments and I haven't got any extra holiday work. So I'm going to have to start being super careful with my main wage as it'll be my only wage.
Hope you all have a great day, the rain is back here againLBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

Morning all
I'm now on 3 NSDs would have been 4 but DD needed TOM supplies sorry if TMI. Sorry I haven't been on for a couple of days. Tuesday night I went to the dentist and eventually had the nerve taken out of my tooth - this has been an on going saga for the last 5 months! It did however knock me about quite a bit so I went straight to bed and also had an early night on Wednesday. Last night I went down the mines with my Scout group although I was most upset that I had to take my fitbit off so I lost all those steps!
Anyway, enough of my ramblings, hope everyone has a good day.
Catch you all later.

Morning all. Wow the thread has been busy this week. I've tried to keep up and read every post but haven't had time to post myself. Love the baby turkeys. Glad Bob has decided to keep the business and hope rebranding it is successful. Hugs to anyone that has had bad news over the last few months.
Well being extra busy this week has paid off in the fact that i have had 4 nsd in a row making me on 5 this month. I'm hoping today will b one too as I have lunch n dinner prepped. Loving the tennis being on and trying to keep up with all the scores. The summer is great for sport.Mortgage free wannabee 2022 #820 -
Good morning,
Yesterday was another NSD, I'll update my sig. Today/tonight however won't be. I've a £8 Groupon voucher to use for dinner so by the time you add on drinks/parking it'll cost a wee bit. I might try and get some other spending out the way since it's a spend day to allow me to rack up some NSD's.
Loving the baby turkeys, they look so cute!0 -
Morning all
Haven't posted all week as my Chicago Fire dvd arrived and I have been totally engrossed! Attempted to post last night but battery died just as I was about to press submit!
So on sat I spent £19.40 in lidl. Could t get everything I wanted there though which was annoyingbut I did without a top up shop as I knew I would be shopping on Thursday (I normally shop on Thursdays just hadn't had a chance last week)
Sunday I bought the fence kick board. Will count that as a sfd as I only bought in on Sunday as I couldn't lift it when I tried to buy it on Saturday so had to wait for dad to arrive Sunday! It is in p,ace with the new panels though and looks very smart
Monday I bought a bag of crisps for 85p
Tuesday and Wednesday were NSD :T
Yesterday did the weekly shop and spent £45 in morrisons  £20 was on pimms and Brita filters though so not too bad as I bought some meat and big jar of coffee so food spends on track (will replace the £20 back in food budget).
I also bought a dress for £15 from h&m as need some smarter stuff for work. I'm getting a pay rise this month (prob around £200pm) so can afford to buy a few bits. I haven't really done much clothes shopping in the past few years as I always want to wait until I've lost weight so end up in faded bobbled clothes or stuff from charity shops I'm not that keen on but was cheap. So I'm going to allow myself a couple of purchases to replace the tatty stuff. I'm going to try and out a bit by each month so when I reach my target weight I can go on a clothes spree
Today should be a sfd as I'm working from home
My meal plan for the week will be as follows-
Breakfast- scrambled eggs on toast or porridge
Lunch- beans on toast or corned beef sandwiches with two satsuma and homegrown strawberries or raspberries with geek yoghurt.
Snacks- nectarines, bananas or homous and peppers
I've got loads of frozen bread to use up! Also prob need to cut down on fruit consumption a bit!
Dinners will be-
Beef chilli and rice
Jamie's yellow curry and mini nann
Chicken pathia curry
Lamb damask
Beef rendang curry
Beef Thai stir fry and noodles
Squash and spinach curry
As you can tell I LOVE curries :rotfl::j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j0
