That's interesting when I called about an in app offer which they denied all knowledge of they offered me £64 including broadband at £20 which would have made the Signature and Sports £44.

There is no logic when it comes to Sky.
A few years back I left and got come back to sky offer in the post and to call them to activate, it was £10 less than I was paying on a 18 month deal before.
Went round in circles and they denied the offer and got sent to a manager and he denied it had been sent to me so I said I will copy it and send it over.
They had me on hold for about 15 mins and came back with it was an error and I can have what I had for £20 more than what I was paying.
Asked to go to complaints and was on hold for half an hour and then got cut off.
Sent complaint to CEO or what ever and got a call back next day and got the offer plus £5 extra.

I think the issue with these sort of offers is that the call centres (especially the ones abroad) don't seem to be updated or even have access to those offers. Hence the "we don't believe you" frustrations for customers and the inability of the agent to put you on an offer that doesn't exist at their end.

My issue was I called the number on the letter to get this offer and they still didn't believe me but it's well done now so.

Hi
I've been back to sky today on chat looking for a deal. The best they could offer on a 24m contract was £56.50 for Sig and Sports. This is £4 cheaper than my roll on deal which is for 12 m. I'm now out of contract and going back tomorrow to cancel. Having not gone through this before what should I expect. Will they offer me another deal and will it likely be better than the £56.50?
Cheers

As mentioned many times on here to get the best deal you have cancel and on the day the TV service's are switched off call them them and you SHOULD get a better deal than you are getting now.
Untill you call Sky's bluff and cancel you won't get a deal that's lower than what you have now.

I had my first retentions call today (6 July) after cancelling at the end of April, so after being switched off for 5 weeks. I am deciding on whether to accept.
Background: first got Sky in 1996. Last contract I had Ultimate, Sports and multi-room for £60/m, renewal price was over £80/m.
For Ultimate, I was offered Skystream at £21/m but I wanted to retain my SkyQ, offered at £22/m (I have not returned the boxes yet).
Mutli-room at £9/m, no re-activation fee (supposedly £10) and I pushed again and was offered £30 credit. No mention of Sport.
I've gotten used to not having Sky after 5 weeks without it,
I also dislike the change of political direction to the left of Sky News, which has been happening slowing since Comcast took over. It's getting as bad as the BBC. It is now such an issue that I have to seriously consider if i want to pay anything to Sky.

Is that Signature + Ultimate (I.e Netflix with ads) for £22 on Sky Q or just Signature? The former is OK, the latter a bit meh.
No mention of HD or UHD?
That wouldn't tempt me back if I'd left for 5 weeks to be honest, all very barebones.

Yes, that included Netflix with ads, HBO and the other included streaming services. I'm now paying for Netflix with ads (£6/m), get Disney+ free and not interested in Hayu. I'd only be missing HBO. I also have Prime and Paramount on a free trial, so plenty of content available.
I think it included HD but maybe not UHD.
I agree it was all very underwhelming. Not my usual experience of negotiating my renewal.
