    Eeek, I've just called SKY and called their bluff and started the cancellation process after 25 years.  I'd like to stay with them but I'm not prepared to if they don't lower costs.

    I currently have SKY Q with signature, HD and broadband (I'm very happy with this) and would even be keen to add Netflix (with ads).

    From Sept, they were saying my bills would be;
    SKY Signature - 31.50
    HD - £8.00
    Broadband - 34.00
    Total - £73.50

    I've just called for the first time to haggle and they've offered me;
    SKY signature - 29.50
    HD - £9.00
    Netflix with ads - £4.50
    Broadband - 32.00
    Total - 75.00

    I'd be happy paying around £62.50 for what I want - do you think I'm being unrealistic? do I have any hope of them calling me back with a better offer?

    That's a really bad price. You can do a lot better. What speed of broadband are you getting for £32pm?

    Thank you - I'm currently on the Ultrafast1 which is 150 mbps and they were suggesting Full Fibre 150 which I think is pretty much the same

    I've Still got Sky Essentials TV on my SkyQ box at £7 per month rolling 30 day contract.
    Basic TV channels with recording.
    Just spoke to them about upgrading to Signature with Sports and HD and they quoted me best price of £52.50 per month (24 month contract - Sky Q)
    What is the best SkyQ deal i should be able to get at the moment for this package ??
    TIA

    *Mini update*

    I spoke with the Retentions team after getting this annoying expensive offer and they offered me a price I was happy with so I stopped the cancellation process.  I still need to fight them on the broadband cost but that's not until October and I feel semi confident I can get SKY down on price from the current £34 (for 150 download speed).

    On the TV front, I accepted Signature for £24, HD for £4 and Netflix for £4.50.

    Missed giving notice so cancelled today after 13 years. The final offer I had was this…

    Signature is normally £40.50, but you'll pay £28.50 (with an 24-month contract) This offer is for 24 months

    Sky Sports in HD is normally £40, but you'll pay £23 (with an 24-month contract) This offer is for 24 months

    Sky (Q) Multiscreen is normally £15, but you'll pay £11 (with an 24-month contract) This offer is for 24 months

    Boost to Netflix Standard with  Ads is normally £4.50, This offer is for 24 months.

    It brings your total to £67 a month  Your offers will start today.

    I have read lots of comments about success following giving notice, but not after cancellation.

    What should I expect now.

    Thanks for the advice!

    It's a good deal if it is approx £15-20 less than this
