Threatened to cancel and the best offer they could do was £66 for the same package which I declined and went through with cancellation. 10 minutes later I went to sky.com/mydeal and was able to get the following:
Sky Signature £19 (was £30)
Sky Sports & Cinema £17 (was £41)
Netflix Premium £4 (was £10)
UHD £2 (was £6)
Multiscreen £9 ( was £14)
Total £51 for 18 months.
Could you show me a screenshot of the deal if possible?

Just been speaking with Sky today for 2 hours
they have offered me
SKY -Q for free
TV Sky signature £16
sky sports £18
super fast fiber £18
and £36 credit
18m contract
so works out at £50pm before price rise is this a good deal? Seems bog standard to me but I’m in hospital soon and did not want to worry about the phone calls during the 31days should I try to hold out for more?

I handed my 31 days cancellation notice in 2 weeks ago. Had a call yesterday and this is the best they could offer.
Switch to a Sky Q 1tb Box as I wanted Multi room - No cost
Sky Signature - £17
Kids - £2
HD - £1
One extra Mini Box - £11
So £31 in total. Holding on for a slightly better deal, anyone think I'm going to be able to Improve on this?0 -
Cancelled 1 week ago
No phonecall - so went on chat.
Offered - Sky Q With Sky Signature (Upgrade from Sky+)
Extra mini box (for multi room)
£25 (18 months contract)
No installation or admin charges.
Told them I wasn’t paying £10 admin charge (they took it off)
Told them I already have Virgin Broadband (true) & that Virgin has offered me a good deal to go with them (not as true)

My Sky online account is not showing any deals either so I guess it's wait and make sure I keep my phone with me!Does anyone know what number the win-back team call from?0 -
