That seems to be quite reasonable based on what others are getting at the moment - it doesn't sound like they're keen on discounting the multiroom at all at the moment! How long ago did you cancel? I've still not had anything better than the come back for £20 offer sent after cancelling.
They texted me 2 days after cancelling.
I took the deal, they also knocked the £20 upfront for the sky Q off as well
Could also have got
Kids £1
Box sets £1
Movies £8 which would also have dropped multiroom down to £100 -

Did you receive this offer 2 days after your services were switched off or 2 days into your 30 day notice period?0 -
Just negotiated to recontract Sky Q for 18 months>
Entertainment for £15 a month (£12 off on new 18 month contract)
Boxsets and HD pack for £1 each a month (Total £8 off no contract)
Sky Sports Complete pack in HD for £17 a month (£13 off on new 18 month contract)
That's a total of £34 for the TV package.
The offer is for 18 months and comes with a £20 admin fee , but i queried this nad they agreed to refund the £20 to my account.0 -
I’ve not sent mine back yet as I’ve still got 9 months to go but I’ve turned it off already and it will be going back in September 2020.
I have an Apple TV 4K downstairs and will get another for upstairs but in the meantime, I’m using an Amazon Fire TV 4K stick upstairs. Both are excellent but as an iPhone user, I will benefit from having the Apple TV app managing the integration of all my viewing on IOS devices only. So multiple Apple TV’s and my phone take on the role of Sky Q.
I also have Chromecasts on all my TVs for adhoc and casting apps not on Apple TV or Firestick e.g casting BritBox upstairs or Now TV everywhere. Works great! Don’t watch live TV anymore except BBC News and Sky News through their apps. I don’t miss Sky Q at all.
For the case where someone is coming round to watch something live like on Channel 4 then I record it on a hard drive direct via my TV.
If I have multiple Apple TV devices....logged in under the same Apple ID

Nice price on entertainment package. It seems my contract will end in October.
How can I find out when it will end from their site?
What is the retentions department number?
Thanks0 -

They're not bad offers (presuming that is the new offer). If you don't really need them, drop the multi-room and/or talk package.tazwhoever wrote: »Nice price on entertainment package. It seems my contract will end in October.

They don't list when your discounts end unless it's within the next 3 payments (future bills section) although if it's not for 10 months that's rather moot anyway.
There is no specific retention number, just use the 'thinking of leaving' option.0 -
Liking the cinema for £10....think 8m currently paying £19 for cinema.....may have a attempt to get them down from that,....would be a nice saving0
