    2017-2018 Previous Deal -
    • Sky Entertainment
    • Sky Cinema
    • Sky HD
    • Sky Box Sets
    • Non-Sky Q Box
    £22.40 per month.

The deal ended, and we contacted Sky. We were offered the same deal above for £27.00 per month/12 months contract. We rejected it, as its not good enough offer (oh come on Sky, this is a game we play). Despite Sky calling us back (cold call), us speaking via "Live Chat"~ the deal has always been £27.00. Any mention of an account credit has been dismissed.

This morning, the TV service ended. :) Currently on live chat.....

17:08 - Just been offered a free Sky HD Box, and free installation to replace the old one. The cost went to £27 per month (Non-Sports, F1), which didnt work out. Called them on it, its back to £25....

17:10 - Actually unsure if the box is included...with it being back at £25.

17:30 - £25.00 was the best offer on the table, no account credits. No free month credit, just £25.00 for 12 months. A good deal, but we can have that chat tomorrow..

I thought Skyyyyyyy stopped giving out "new" HD boxes 2 years ago and you had to have the "new Sky Q" instead.
If you look through this thread from about 2 years ago you will see lots about it.

Yeah, my question was relating to the Sky box being out of warranty. Sky Multiscreen was £12 extra, with free installation. No chat about a forced Sky-Q upgrade either.

Best you will get I’m afraid, I’ve been out of contract since January and this is the best I can get also.

Still happy and content without sky though.

They will still have reconditioned boxes which is what I imagine the poster has been offered.

By the way, you seem to have a problem with the 'y' key on your keyboard ;)
