Cancelled 2 weeks ago. Checked my online account and have been offered entertaiment for £15 and boxsets for £3.50. Think i will be pushing for the £13 for entertainment that other posters on here have mentioned. Can live without boxsets.
Just a quick question are news and documentaries included under entertainment package?
Ok so in theory I may still hear from them then....
in response to your question - documentaries are included, but I don't know about news0 -
Sky news 24hrs and BBC news 24hrs are included.0

They are included, don't forget that HD is an additional option now (whereas you used to have to have Boxsets for it).0 -
Cancelled a few weeks ago, was called today and offered Entertainment package for £13 p.m. on a 12 month contract plus £40 credit. Works out at £9.67 p.m over the year so accepted it.0

That offer was there pretty much as soon as I cancelled. wait until they call you and they will offer better0 -
Took a few times of trying but put my 31 day cancellation in and got the following:
£11 Entertainment (12 month Contract)
£14.50 Sports (Rolling Contract)
£1 Kids
£1 Box Sets.
£27.50 for another year. No option of Sky q on a 12 month deal so stuck with mySky+ HD box but quite happy with that.0 -

My first offer, after refusing 50% off on leaving, last December, has just appeared : Entertainment £15. I'm not interested.0
