extra 360 box £5 a month
sky sports and cinema in ultra hd £2 a month
asian mela £6 a monthTold the advisor I don’t need o2 sim as I already have it
so £56 a month so not bad and accepted it2 -
Did you also have the usual outbound call within a day or two of cancelling? If so, how much more expensive was that offer versus the final £56? I’ve turned down a first outbound call offer before and never got a second call though I didn’t wait quite to the last day (more like c3 weeks).mits999 said:

Last time I got my deal when BT contacted them for number transfer.
Back to square 1 this way, accepted the online £44 but was told by advisor on the phone the online prices are a mistake. Accepted the deal online as best inbound retentions was £76 for very little or £96 without the phone hah.0 -
Yes sky were going to take the phone line over I had given them my landline number, I was 99% set of leaving, it seems like your not 99% set of leavingalan17 said:

If you wish to end your contract in writing (or start the cancellation process to obtain any possible offers), then there is a slip at the very end of your contract you can fill in and post back, it's prefilled with your details and has a return address (Virgin Media Sales Operation Support, Winnall Down Farm, Alresford Road, Winchester, SO21 1FP).
Their website also gives a Sunderland address:

My contract is up for renewal in January and is scheduled to rise from £23.95 to £57.00 for M350 broadband. I've been quite happy with the service, and it's been free since Virgin messed up the install that got delayed a month and their automatic compensation of £5.83 coupled with an "friends & family" intro reward means this month (17th month) is the first time my account has slipped out of credit and I've got a direct debit to pay.
You can download your contract via the "My Virgin Media" page.Signature on holiday for two weeks0 -
I would worry this would leave me with a long gap out of service until a new supplier is in place? I’m going to try to haggle tomorrow but I don’t want no service over Xmas and new year so I think I’d need to arrange an alternative upon giving notice to virgin?mits999 said:

What are people paying for BB only, lowest tier?
I've just had my latest bill via email and the cheeky so and sos have put mine up by £4.33p which I'm not happy about!
I was paying £18 and have since I can remember for the lowest speeds granted but did us fine.0
