Had my callback - £32pm for 100mb broadband and Anytime calls.
As well as the price rise, I also had discounts expiring so my bill was going up to £55 per month.
The initial offers (before putting in my cancellation) were £51, £39.50 and £34.50.0 -

I have just re-contracted for 18 months with the outbounds team for £25pm for 100mb broadband and weekend calls only. I was pretty happy with the deal, wondered what other people's thoughts were on it?0

I had 100MB broadband, older TV offering (mid-range but unused) and weekend calls (no home phone). Was going up to £37.39 after the price increase. Asked them to unbundle, they offered 50MB for £29.50. Refused and cancelled, got a call from outbound team offering just 100MB broadband for £21 a month over 18 months. I'm happy with that - better than new customers, even allowing for cashback/potential voucher.0

Let's see what I'm offered tomorrow...0
