Agreed deal for £87 x 12 months, vip package, 1 tivo box and 2 v6 boxes, happy with that.0

@tripleh Is the sports HD? Great deal if so...good deal if not.
I have that exact package and pay £83 per month and this is in a contract!!...which is just about to end mind.
Going to play hardball this time.
New customers £79 VIP packages (350mb broadband, Movies, Sports HD, 2 x boxes etc!).

Re my reply to tripleh, my Sky Sports is not HD. Any idea roughly how much extra HD is?0 -
It's about £7 a month extra...you still have a good deal there.
I think they are slowly doing away with the HD extra charge and lumping it in with the packs, not many people want to watch Sports in SD these days.0 -
Not sport HD and only for 9 months. Got them down o £61.25 BUT that includes Line rental for phone paid in advance. Doesn't sound so good now does it???0

Yep sounds expensive. My £53 includes line rental. When I phoned inbound retentions initially I think the best they offered me from memory was around £65-70. Was not until outbound retentions called that managed to lower it.0 -
Contract runs out in 30 days, so live chatted with them only to be told they can't offer me anything as you can only have one offer at a time. So I said I need to know what I'm being offered as if it's rubbish then I'll jump ship back to sky, but they still not budging. Going to ring later on and put the 30 day cancellation in (price goes from £51 to £75 in 30 days(200meg & full house).0

Unfortunately I was told they wouldn't do any discount without me reducing my package, I told them that £25 a month is a 50% increase in what I was paying, and I was hoping for something like what I'm paying now. The only alternative they suggested was 100mb broadband ONLY for £39/m ( more than on their site ) so I have put my 30 day notice in, we'll see what happens, though when he said that we downloaded more than UK average I can't see them budging.0

If you are high user, don't expect a call back, if you don't have a BT line then get the ball rolling now.0
