At least it's noticed now and can be done as part of the op to pin his pelvis poor little love.

poor little man
We were able to visit him today for 20 mins and the minute he heard us he was trying to get up to get to us, he was purring loudly and milking thin air, he looks better than what he did when i found him on our doorstep.
Because of the fracured wrist as well and having a plate put in tomorrow during his pelvis operation we are setting up a crowdfunding just giving page Dave for help.0 -
Poor Dave, he is having such a bad time, isn't he??
I remember this with my lad too, we had several setbacks along the way and several times we thought we would lose him.
I have everything crossed that Dave's op will go well and he will make a full recovery.0 -
Dave is lovely mupette
Everything is crossed that the op is a success0 -
Dave is out of surgery and in recovery.
No fusing needed on wrist he had a broken inner ... thingie that attaches bones together (sorry ms brain) but plastic one put in and pinned and will hope his flesh will regrow around it and he is in plaster now for 6 weeks.
pinned pelvis and once he is up on all fours he can come home hopefully at the end of the week :j:j:j:j0 -

My cat had the same thing about 10 years ago now!
He got run over and was missing for 12 days, We got told he was hit the first day he went out and managed to limp home with a fractured pelvis & broken leg. Poor thing.
After his op he was at home in a big crate for a few weeks, with a bright pink cast on.
I've never been so happy to see a cat poop! haha, he squealed the first time but then after that he was fine. He has been fine ever since, he has a bit of a limp but never stopped him from doing anything any other cat would!
Glad to hear he is on the mend, he looks just like my cat.0 -

How would one go about finding that? I'm sure you can't post a link but a gentle hint perhaps? I've had a quick search but no joy.Norn Iron Club member 4730
