Pigpen - Please take care of yourself.

I did a couple of jobs this morning, then sat down to do some reading up on something and now it's 2.40 gone!!! Mr A arrived early so I dealt with the majority of that immediately as there was fridge/freezer stuff to put away. I gave my eyes a break by playing with Zack on the floor with a volleyball ex gave DD which she has now passed on to Zack. He seems completely confused as to why he can't bite this one, fit it in his mouth or make it squeak :rotfl:

Pigpen - please take care of yourself. Your children love and need you, even if your adult relatives are not behaving like grown-ups should.

If you are still in pain and bleeding, you ought to be resting and giving yourself time to heal - not forcing yourself to do housework. Mini-munchkin will not appreciate it if you ignore her needs, then you will have a crying baby to add to the chaos too. And if you put yourself back in hospital, all your children will be upset.

P - L - E - A - S - E do the sensible thing and leave the housework to others until you feel better. Folding bits of washing is one thing, hanging them out on the line is quite another. Let others do it, even if they don't do it as well or as quickly as you. Hanging out anyone can do.. folding.. if anyone touches it I will chop off their arms.. it is my *thing*

Does your OH know how much pain you are in?.. yes, he had to cope with my sobbing on him after he put my socks on, my feet are absolute agony .. why my feet, I have no idea.

Gentle (((hugs))), even though you don't do them!

I was sent home with 3 days of pain killers.. paracetamol doesn't touch this and my GP is a pile of crap.. they won't give me a prescription and they wont give me an appointment.. not that I can get there given I can't get in the car.

She isn't having her needs ignored.. I cant bear to hear a baby cry, even ones that aren't mine so they are dealt with immediately.. the lack of vacuuming is killing me!

    DW on its third run
2x WM so the girls have clean pj's once more

    I need sleep

I do sometimes wonder if we would be better off without extended family.. mine used to be fabulous but in the last 7 years they have all just turned to $h!t.. and it's taken this long for me to catch on that none of them actually give a flying frog about any of us.

Hugs pigpen even if you don't do them. Is the midwife still visiting you? If not ring the gp and tell them you are bleeding and in agony they will have to do something at the very least visit you.

Clearing paperwork from the attic I've put about 10 bags of recycling out today got to nip back up and clear space to put the ladder back. Then do some tidying in the house.
Busy all day tomorrow so what I don't do tonight or tomorrow night will have to get done over the weekend.

Not achieved much today. While I was vaguely watching the football a young MP in the next town was shot and stabbed. All the local schools were locked down until the man was apprehended. Sadly her injuries were too severe, she leaves behind a husband and two young children. Just heartbreaking.

We live in the village where she was killed, it is truly awful and DDs pre-school was on lockdown. Such an awful day it's really really upset us all here.

    Will post properly tomorrow X

I agree. It is so sad, made me feel sick reading about it. How will her husband explain to the children?

Piggers I hope you are taking it easier than it sounds like you are. Please look after yourself.

Dizzy hope you are OK x

I've done the dailies today, paid stuff, food shopping (with children, arggggggghhhhhh I usually avoid this nightmare and do it on the Internet) and now I'm going to do a bit of ironing. At this time of night.

    Catch you all later x
