    Welcome Fanny
    Well done Valli :T:T
    Enjoy the planning, CY :)

Pigpen, I am really thrilled that your son has been nominated (and I know you wouldn't let it go to his head). Whoever gets it, it won't be an easy thing to follow such a fine MP.

This is what I have been doing this week. There is only half of it left now, after the lunch party at my DS's church!

Iona that is brilliant and as always I marvel at your talent, mainly because I am fairly hopeless at anything creative.

Pigpen how nice for your DS - who knows one day Prime Minister maybe?

We have been away for the weekend which was lovely but now I am home with a big black cloud hovering. OK I know things are worse for some but I really dont want to do my life any more. Both families we were away with are going on big holidays this year too and I have to confess to extreme jealousy. Sigh.

As we went away straight from school and work on Friday I have all the school uniform/PE kit/work clothes washing to do. One load done and over the airer and a second load is in. Need to make a shopping list as we are low on food. For some reason the house also looks like it needs a hoover too, even though I am sure I did it on Thursday!

Might have a soak in the bath and see if that puts me in a better mood.

Goodness I hope not lol.. We wouldn't have any conflict though I am certain.. though we may all have to hug everyone and wear flowers in our hair, cannabis would be legalised and tobacco illegal.

I think he would do a lot of good for the poorer members of society having been one though so there would be many positives. He would certainly make things interesting. :D
