I hope everyone has had a lovely day.

We have enjoyed watching the Queens semi-final, and have made the cheeky decision to have a Chinese tonight. Not very MSE, but we will enjoy it and, TBH, I just really want to relax tonight and not have to think about cooking. I have paid off, cut up and closed a credit card that has been hanging over my head for far too long recently, so tonight is our treat for being debt free (save for the mortgage).

Bought DD some lovely Next clothes on the bay of e for pennies, so that is some cash saved - she is shooting up and in age 5-6 clothes now (she's 3 )

Anyway, I am wittering and none of it is flying related so I'll log off and wish you all peaceful evenings xx

I think his age is the thing that will go against him.. that and his colourful language ;) .. but it will be an experience and something to build on for the future. I think some young blood in the House will do it a great service.. and from someone of ordinary stock.. I dread to think the frequency he would be thrown out for heckling or just arguing lol

    Good Morning All :)

Up with the lark today due to the noisy magpies cackling away outside. The early start has however meant I have tidied the kitchen, made DH lunch box (he is working today) and put some sausages in the oven for him to take a sausage butty with him.

No real plans for today save for cooking a chicken dinner later. We have a busy week ahead, I am looking after my nephew a lot as a favour to my SiL so will have 3 small people in my charge as opposed to just my 2.

Have lovely days all, Bossy hope you had a fab day out in the city x

Morning all. I did everything from my list yesterday although gardening just extended to watering the plants in the greenhouse. However, it is dry today so this morning (once it's a decent time) I am to get outside and cut the grass.

Afternoon out planned with DD and her fiance.

    WUDUPA
    Gym
    Bath
    Hoover through
See if there are any washloads to do
    Walk dogs
    Gardening
    Enjoy Sunday

    Have a great day everyone.

I have managed to fill the black bin with total carp and fill up a chazza bag of clothes. On a bit of a roll, I fear I may need a nap shortly! :)

Ooo ATB next time I am sifting through DD wardrobe to thin out its wondrous volume, I shall send some your way. My DD is going on 6 and is on the big side too, haha you are the next victim of the shopping granny's bounty :rotfl:

Wishing you all a peaceful Fathers Day, I need to go get my car, then my children, then we are off the the Scarecrow Trail :D

Had a lovely girls afternoon yesterday, sitting outside with cocktails and good friends, chatting the day away. Lots of laughs and general feeling-the-love <3

We are also planning a hot-tub party at one friends house, and a coffee party in my new kitchen when it's done :D

  • Morning all,

I mean to achieve something today.

Going out with family somewhere this morning for fathers day, then this afternoon I will :

    Finish mowing grass
    Plant the new plants
    Weed some weeds
Make the children do some homework
    Ironing
    Change beds.

That should do, don't want to do to much.

Right. Coffee drunk, off for a bath.

Ps piggers wow re your ds.

    V. Jealous re kitchen Bossy.

Forgot to mention that I did flying in the night, mopping the downstairs floors at 3am courtesy of OldDog.
