Hi Sandpearse
Martins latest email says there are still some codes available, as an extra 10000 (additional to the original 15000) have been issued. So perhaps you could just request a new one from MSE.0 -
Well that was a waste of time. I've been trying all day to get this offer. Continually it said "unable to find details" after inputting my post code and landline number. Finally got through the process at 11.35pm. All was going well with correct offer price until I cam near the end where it said my monthly payments would be over £20.00 per month after discounts. At this point it was 11.50pm and I gave up. Anyone else had any problems and the tried calling Sky to get the offer?0

Exactly the same here @Forex_Fred. Started the process around 11pm and it continually displayed the same message when looking for my details.0

Thank You, The Wheel Man,
I saw that and did actually try, but because I had already registered, the message was that I was already on the system so couldn't try again!0 -

The annoying thing is when eventually did get through it was showing the MSE discount price, but when it got to the page that had the verified by visa logos on it said price after discount was I think £22.00 per month. No doubt calls from Sky will commence now they have my number. This had a e-mail from Sky saying "Can we help, we noticed you didn't complete your order". This this mean they will still give me the MSE offer? I think not.

Also a waste of time time for me too. Got the code, started the process then a pop-up message appeared saying the offer is not available at my location. An alternative fibre broadband package was automatically put in my basket at a considerably higher cost per month. NO THANKS!0

Do these offers come up very often?0

Sorry to those who have been messed around by Sky. They should have honoured it up until 11.59pm last night just like they stated in the promotion. Poor show from them.0

You get nothing included, I would avoid using the phone altogether, you can get an android phone online for £30 from ASDA if she does not have a smartphone, you install WhatsApp on the phone and hook it up to the Wifi. She can now make free calls to her friends who also have whatsapp.
Do not get sucked into using the phone, I would not even connect a phone to it.
She's already said she's not intending to get a landline as she has her mobile. She will use the line for internet only.
They tried to deliver her Sky Hub yesterday but she wasn't in and is busy until Monday when she'll go collect and then hopefully have someone to help set it up.
This looks positive on the sky billing page of her account. Once this is all properly sorted I can hand over control of the account to her fully whislt being there when she needs me to be.
If that is right, she'll have nothing to pay until November 1st and that will be 65p? But it says they've charged her 17 Jun-16 Jul with total due on 1st July so maybe some changes still to be made...
