Are you sure it is not the regular monthly notification they are taking the payment, what is the e-mail headed ? "New Direct Debit payment to Iresa Limited" which is the normal monthly or "You've set up a Direct Debit" which is for a new DD.0

It is headed "New Direct Debit payment to Iresa Limited". I didn't receive one like this last month, so assumed this was a new ploy.0

What are Iresa up to? I gave meter readings in plenty of time and as required yet the following message appeared on both gas and electric bills
There was no valid meter reading available within the billing period as at the time this bill was
generated. If your submissions are up to date, it will appear in the next statement.
Are they simply not coping or is it some ploy?3.6 kW PV in the Midlands - 9x Sharp 400W black panels - 6x facing SE and 3x facing SW, Solaredge Optimisers and Inverter. 400W Derril Water (one day). Octopus Flux0 -

This is a very minor quibble in the great scheme of Iresa 'malfunctions', but has anyone noticed that the software is now displaying account balances to 3 decimal places, not 2? So my electricity account (still awaiting a meter point after 5 months on supply) shows as a credit of £170.1 on the main Accounts page, but £170.095 if you click on 'Transactions'.
How hard can it be to get these basics correct? No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
Iresa still claiming that they have not received my final gas reading from E.ON. E.ON's Malc saying that all figures have been passed over.
I've passed on the phone number given to me by Malc for them to call to get the final readings sorted but they're playing dumb with me (which they are) !:mad:0 -

They are playing the same silly games with me. I will be reporting Iresa to Ofgem for its breach of Standard Licence Condition 27.17 which requires suppliers to take all reasonable steps to issue a final bill or statement of account within 6 weeks of termination of supply.
Both of my have new suppliers confirmed in writing that industry-validated meter readings have been provided to Iresa in full compliance with industry procedures. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
