I'll read the meter afresh tomorrow and try again!!0 -
Just updated my ticket with them (a bit pointless really, as they do not reply). I do think they are not going to be around much longer.0

Web site working fine for me. Just checked and I'm in credit, DD went in on 22nd
Despite never having had any problems with Iresa I've decide to jump ship. My council have a big switch scheme which has just reported back, about £20 year more than I would be by staying & fixing with Iresa, and I do not fancy waiting if or when it all goes wrongGardener’s pest is chef’s escargot0 -

Every month I submitted readings.
On January 26th it shows on my account a reading I submitted.
On January 31st it shows an estimated reading LESS than I submitted, and was billed on, I think!
I say that because I cant download my bill for that month, its just looks like trash. I can download previous months ok.
Trying to go to Eon V8.
They say its cheaper.
Surely they cant be worse than these clowns. Wonder how long the £300 credit on my accounts will take to come back.
Anyone done a Director search, did you get an email address?0 -

I download the bills when they become avaialable and save them as PDF's so I'm not all that bothered if I can't get access. I've also got my initial readings plus my own spreadsheet so if it all goes to pot I've got my own records.
My suggesetion is that you all do the same - just in caseNever under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0 -

Try the direct link to the online account:

Website can't decide what kind of malfunction to have. First 503 and temporarily unavailable. Then appearing to log me in, but only to the old site, and logging me back out again when I tried to click on meter readings. Then log in--> choose old or new--> back to log in. Now, "oops, something went wrong".
But the site always seems to be down on the day I get my reminder to submit readings. I'm not taking this as anything out of the ordinary.0
