Wish I`d printed out my last couple statements!!0

I suspect their IT systems have just gone into meltdown and nothing more than that. Come Monday morning I bet that everything is working again - but not before kicking the server and turning it on and off a few times.

Iresa still have not received my final readings from my new provider yet. I am growing increasingly anxious about getting my refund from them. Ideally I'd like it before they go under. :rotfl:0 -
Don't panic. The website has failed before - give them a couple of days. Anyway, you have your meter readings, you know what you've paid and you know what your tariff is...katies_mum wrote: »Wish I`d printed out my last couple statements!!0 -

Come what may, you are fully protected by Ofgem’s Consumer Levy. Any Supplier of Last Resort would use the readings that you provided to your new supplier (once validated) to close your account and raise a Final Bill. Your credit balance is 100% protected. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

A typical Daily Mail catch up story. Whatever happens to a supplier, consumers are now fully protected. Who pays for this protection: all energy consumers will contribute to the costs of every failed supplier. GBEnergy’s failure has cost us all in excess of £10M on our bills. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Had read ppl will be protected , thank goodness and was glad to share the info.
Last year we had hoped to support small company and avoid big 6 last and save most imp. Got out fast from Iresa when they failed to communicate and when amount taken was over what had expected.
Still have to decide daily whether to put the heating on due to expense and watch it all the time, this is the reality for many, every single day.Try to help and glad for help from strangers online in forums. No telling strangers online off, no putting them down or point scoring. Getting by.0
