Can I just ask which sites people are using as I've tried MSE energy club and citizens advice and the only one that beats Iresa really is outfox the market? Might just be the rates for my area.0

This is not a problem that I have ever had with any other supplier. I am with Bulb for electricity and the validated reading appears on the page the same day. I give Zog a meter reading once a week and they all appear on my monthly bill. I understood that following the rollout of Project NEXUS in June last year, that the gas reading validation process is now fully automated and should take no more than 2 days.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. I would be extremely cautious if they are under estimating your bills. You might find that your switch is blocked due to a debit on your account. I would get on the phone to them quickly - emailing them is fruitless.Same problem, strange though as they're under estimating. I'm also switching.0 -
No gas "Customer own read" has been recorded by Iresa for me since 30Nov17; so it's not that out of date. (I've submitted readings since then and got the acknowledging emails). I assume that the "fully automated" part of NEXUS means that some software engineering was required to be done by Iresa. I have been doing one reading a month on the last day of the month however when I raised the problem with Iresa via a support ticket they asked me to do an extra reading in January which I did. So up to now one a month but two in January. I have raised another support ticket asking them to resolve it but not heard back.poppellerant wrote: »How often are you submitting your readings?
