I have been with Iresa for the past 12 months and never experienced any problems whatsoever, the change over was smooth and efficient. Once a month they ask for meter readings which I submit on line.
Over the past 12 months I have built up credit with them and as the contract is about to expire I asked for a return of my credit, I used the "ticket" system from the website contact area and received a prompt reply, the money was in my bank within the stated 2 weeks.
I have renewed my contract for another 12 months.
How do I give 5 starts on this forum??0 -
^ So impressed with them you felt compelled to join a forum to add your experience.0

Are forums just for complaining? I'm glad Iresa are still working (for 1 person); I'd prefer to complete my move away while they're still in business.Norman_Castle wrote: »^ So impressed with them you felt compelled to join a forum to add your experience.0 -

It is a pity that a large number of contributors to this thread; Trustpilot and Facebook do not share your experience of being an Iresa customer. My own experience is one that I would not wish to repeat.
Perhaps the poster would like to provide advice to this customer and to the CAB ( posted 22 hours ago on Iresa's FB page):
Quote: John Tester - Have contacted CAB advice service over Iresa, and even they could not contact them with their special phone & email numbers

EDIT - Can't get on to web site this morning, various errors - looking back, I normally get an email asking for meter readings by now -haven't had one this month yet.0 -

Four weeks and counting since I submitted a very basic query on the ticketing system, still no reply.0 -
FYI, if you don't get a reply within 24hours you're unlikely to get a reply. Phone works (if you get to the front of the queue before closing time) and DMs have worked in the past for me. Otherwise, forget it. In my experience.Four weeks and counting since I submitted a very basic query on the ticketing system, still no reply.0 -
...
As for the accents, I think that's just Mr Oladeji pretending to be different people each time you call...
OMG, he should be on telly if he can do impressions of others that good. :T
Beats the socks off Rory Bremner etc.
I particularly like the way he can one minute be a typical english accented male voice like Martin, and next a somewhat totally different accent (and gender!) voice of say Arahbella.

Edit: I'm not suggesting I have any issue with how either of these people enunciate, just that they differ remarkably in both tone and accent.0 -

I suspect this will be the case but I prefer to use written communication methods so I have a record of what has been said...or in this case not said! I'll be going to the ombudsman at eight weeks.0 -
