As an existing Eon customer, I applied to switch via ichoosr on the 10th June and received the new tariff emails from Eon on the 13th June.0 -

Have any existing E.On customers successfully completed this switch?
I applied on June 28th, and received an email from iChoosr saying "E.ON will process your product switch within the next 10 days, and you will receive details of your new chosen product by email or post", but have heard nothing since.....Thanks, it's good to know I'm not the only one!Thanks, I'll bear that in mind. Morning Stompa and I'm sorry you haven't heard anything from us yet about the iChoosr Collective Tariff. You could be right and we're working through a backlog but I'll be happy to check. Just drop an email to the address in my Profile and I'll have a look at what's happening. Please include a copy of the email from iChoosr as this will help.

Unless I'm missing something, there is no email address in your profile, it just says:

You need to goto the User Control Panel and change the Forum version to be the Old version, then go to the Eon Rep's profile to see the email address.0
