    Malc,

As a customer paying by monthly direct debit with gas and electric with separate suppliers (Gas with Zog and Electric with EON paperless billing) I was only offered the nPower dual fuel option which was slightly more expensive than my existing split tariffs.

The point I'm making is that nowhere was I offered or able to see the EON Electric only paperless billing option which suggests to me that possibly something is wrong with the UKPower/iChoosr offer system for customers with split suppliers which may be costing you potential customers?

Many thanks for the heads up youravinalarrrf. Not sure about this so will feedback to my colleagues who have sorted this collective. Thanks again, it's a really useful insight.

what I did was to go to my npower offer, go to edit your details, then change billing option to paper bills then view my offer, and it now shows the eon offer.

Malcolm. Once ive switched tariffs, I can go back to being on paperless billing without invalidating terms and conditions as the offer is for paper bills?

Glad you found the offer Euphoria1z. To be honest, I don't know about moving back to paperless once the switch has gone through so I've asked the question. Will let you know once my colleagues have come back to me.

Just heard backEuphoria1z and, yes, customers can go back to paperless billing on this tariff if they wish.

Unfortunately, once you have actually declined the npower offer, the iChoosr website won't allow you to view/edit -tried to phone but couldn't get thru'. :(
HOWEVER, I'm guessing that EON paper billing offer won't be better than the MSM deal that I'm on anyway.

Good thinking. It still works out to be slightly more expensive than my existing Eon tariff, so I'll give it a miss.

    Another question for Malc.
If a switch is made to paperless billing on the ichoosr eon collective, will the £10 dual fuel paperless discount still be applied?

Afternoon Logen and welcome to the Forums.

So long as paperless billing is in place, you'll receive the discount of £5 per fuel per year. Provided you've registered with our website, you can opt in/out through there. Alternatively, our advisors can do this for you.

Hope this explains. Let me know if you've any further questions as happy to help.

I also signed up to get ichooser result., but was only given the option of npower which was £9 cheaper than my current e-on deal but the e-on has exit fees so not worth it.

Does anyone have the rates for the e-on paper billing deal, for the North East region?
  • hi i only got the npower tariff but not the e.on tariff. id like to switch to e.on. does anyone have a link for this.

Both the Eon and nPower tariffs were more expensive for me than my current E.ON EHL Collective Fixed 1 year Feb 2016 deal when looking at electricity only.

On duel fuel nPower was about £6/year cheaper - so not worth it.
