Thank you :) the neighbours said it looks twice the size too which is a good sign. Fingers crossed for tomorrow!

And the view is fabulous too. Love the way the dog's claimed the artificial grass:T

The agent is doing an open house tomorrow and is going to take some new photos then. In the mean time I just wanted to share how much better it looks now. I still have a table and chairs to go out there in the morning too. Thanks all for your advice and fingers crossed!!

We have 2 dogs and they both seem to love it! :rotfl: thank you for my little 'award' haha!

I hadn't posted on here before this post but I am a long time viewer of these forums. I was prepared for the fact my house wouldn't be to everyone's tastes but I kinda knew there wasn't really much actually wrong with the house itself and but there was obviously a problem as it just wasn't selling.

Without all of your advice we would still have boards of people traipsing through the house! I will keep you all updated with how it's going, but we are aiming for completion within 8 weeks. Fingers crossed!

I have been on it three times - once for buying our bungalow, once for selling our house (we did not have a simultaneous sale and purchase) and once for buying an investment property, all within a year!

  • Flyingpig, was thinking about this thread earlier and was wondering if you'd completed yet?
