            Wow what a transformation in the garden - you have worked hard. I hope it pays off. I can't see any other issues. A few have criticised your interior, but I really like it. The difference in the garden is that people will see they need to do work, but see it as something they can do in a few years not have to do immediately. Fingers crossed you get an offer this time.0

 That will only put off those that don't know the area. There will be people that are local and know the estate who will not even look at streetview. It is what it is - nothing OP can do about this.0
