I just looked at the street view link on the listing. As you say it takes you to the back road. The EA need to make sure that it takes you to the front! I have a bug bear about EA'S not writing full descriptions for each room. Without it I don't know what appliances are included in the kitchen and whether the bathrrom has a bath, over bath shower, shower cubicle, type of flooring etc. Tell them to get their A.. into gear or, if you can, change agents.
I think your road is quite pleasant. It has some trees and I like that where your located there isn't just another row of terraced houses across from you.
One thing, the google street view shows the railings out the front painted green, but the date is 2009. If they're still green I would paint them black.
I'm not sure if there are some crossed wires re the road at the back. I think it's probably actually a public road maintained by the council, for use of the residents only. I like the way that there's loads of parking available there, especially as the entry into the house from there is level and you don't have a driveway. The EA description isn't "selling" your house.

you seem to have missed the title of the thread

LOADS of VIEWINGS but house not selling

getting people into the property is not the problem. The EA is doing their job, it is the lack of acceptable offers which is stalling the sale so moving a few bits of furniture by 15cm will not alter that - what will make a difference is price expectation

Open house appears to have been successful today. Fingers crossed it amounts to something!

It was the EA who set the asking price and the "offers over", so clearly they aren't as it's not sold.

Does look so much better, has the right move listing been updated?

    Best of luck.

    Doesn't appear to have been.......

Hopefully the open day will result in a sale for the OP though!

I am pretty sure the Estate Agent cant change the street view relevant to the properties postcode
