You need to change the 'E' at the beginning of E-1R-SILVER-2017-1-F to 'G', like it is in the URLs that you posted, in addition to changing 'electricity' to 'gas'. Tks for demystifying that. I wonder how many other Tracker people have sussed that out. I have also changed the numbers in the URL to correspond to my estimated usage though what effect that will have remains to be seen.Telegraph Sam

Actually having now put in the correct data for the North East it looks like Tracker isn't quite as attractive as I had imagined (
). Present fixed contract with Octopus lasts till 5th April so I have some time to reassess. Telegraph Sam
