They said I just needed to reply with a 'Yes' to an email to change over, that was on Jan 25th... I've still not heard anything from them despite multiple emails to chase it up. Does this mean I'm not a customer of theirs as they didn't acknowledge it within 28 days (their small print terms) or within 14 days (the time they said I had if I changed my mind) ?

Using Twitter seems now to be the general recommendation based on Octopus' non-performance with emails. It would be interesting to know via Twitter their comments on the complete block on email communications.

I will have to work out how to do what you recommend. I have sent over the past weeks a number of emails to them with no reply whatsoever, in complete contrast to the period before that.Telegraph Sam

I recently joined octopus.energy and my old TOU tariff with BG caused me a few problems with the switch.
But octopus.energy customer service has been brilliant.
Would definitely recommend them.0
