It might change by a few pence if it's to do with calorific value, although I don't think it has ever changed for me.Barnsley, South Yorkshire

I regularly have to chase Octopus for an electricity bill due to our data dropping out occasionally every month. It's a small price to pay for having the price benefits of Go Faster. Although that's coming to an end soon, we'll be in the same boat with tariff changes and price hikes.
Going to be an expensive year what with the mortgage renewal as well around the same time!Pennies holding up the Pounds.0 -
I got the letter in the post from Octopus today telling me to visit their website and enter the email address that was used for my Bulb account.
To my surprise it then won’t accept my email! I have tried multiple times and it is definitely correctly entered and the correct email.
The error states:
“ Oops! Some of the data you submitted was invalid. Please correct the error below and resubmit.”
Any ideas?0 -

I’ve been with octopus for 3-4 weeks now and very happy so far. I switched from Eon because I noticed O’s unit prices were slightly lower, plus Eon were being a bit cagey when I asked for some refund on my £900 credit balance. The only way to get it was leave, so I did.Even though I switched with no referral link, a kind poster here shared theirs and octopus gave me the credit three days later, even though it was applied late. Can’t complain about that.I like the app too.1

Interesting to hear Jacob Rees Mogg today Monday 8 th May on GBNews who was really impressed with Octopuses Email after he had an entertaining email answer to his query by a bright " young very intelligent lady " ..which was purely all A.I. A huge step up from the thicko "bots ". I won't mind A.I because it probably won t lie like customer services at Onestream broadband provider did last month .0

The Octopus app offers a lot more data than the website. You can scroll back to previous days/weeks/months/years rather than just seeing the last period. It doesn't have the % change from the previous week the website has, or the 'balance forecast' but on the whole I find it a lot more useful.
