First few days on Agile have not been too bad for me, having shifted my consumption profile away from what worked with my old Go Faster 0330-0630 tariff. Almost as good as Tracker (usage excludes the standing charge, which is pretty much the same across tariffs):Daily cost for Agile: £0.95
Daily cost for Tracker: £0.91
Daily cost for Flexible: £1.56
Daily cost for FlexibleE7: £1.411 -
.. compared with daily cost for Go Faster...£..?Telegraph Sam

Same for me, except my usage appears to be around twice yours! Even on days without load-shifting, I’m seeing around a 25% saving over Flexible.masonic said:First few days on Agile have not been too bad for me, having shifted my consumption profile away from what worked with my old Go Faster 0330-0630 tariff. The real pain for me will come during the winter months, as I only have electric heating, and nothing super-efficient like a heat pump or NSH.Umiamz said:

I suspect our situations are not directly comparable. I am probably less "agile" than you with load shifting.
For elec only I average a little over £30 per month for a little over 250 kWh including standing charges on Go Faster. For me there doesn't seem to be much of a case for switching as long as this tariff continues.

Which Go Faster are you on? Go Faster no longer exists as a tariff so it will definitely come to end when your year is up.Telegraph_Sam said:I suspect our situations are not directly comparable. I am probably less "agile" than you with load shifting.

That is what I am definitely not looking forward to in just a few months' time. It is a matter now of weighing up the least worse options. Not so simple with ToU tariffs. Looks like a choice between Agile and Tracker from what I read. I suspect that search engines are of limited use in such situations.

Remember that Tracker has a 6-month waiting list...Telegraph_Sam said:That is what I am definitely not looking forward to in just a few months' time.
