Like I says, disaster waiting to happen.

Go tell your husband that there's a guy at work you fancy, who give you his number, and is it ok with him if you go to the cinema, alone, together, just the two of you.

Then come back and post his reply.

Just spoke to him about this and he wouldn't have an issue. He knows I am trustworthy.
No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

I know what you mean, but I just hate it when people say I am going to cheat when I know I am not like that.

The attractive thing does not need to be an issue as I am going to ignore that part, he will never know and I will never tell him.

Thing is though, when you're really attracted to someone, it's hard to ignore that fact. Not saying people don't have Will power, but it does muddy what would just be a straightforward friendship otherwise.

I guess as long as your husband is happy with it then at the end of the day, he's the only person you have to worry about.

Is this guy even wanting to socialise outside work? Apologies of you said and I've missed it.

You did mention you were attracted to this man?

I am trying to ignore it and I will not be telling anyone at work.

We have work nights out, but regarding one to one. I haven't suggested it yet as we have only known each other two months.

I said I found him attractive yes. I said he was my type, but nothing would happen.

Besides everything I've already said...you can't actually choose someone and go "you'll be my friend!". You've known the guy two months.

Friendships develop over time, they don't spring up out of nowhere because someone decides it. 2 months is hardly long enough to know you want to be "friends" with this person.

I bet he'd love to see this thread. And so would your very understanding husband, I'm sure. :)

If you suggest the cinema to this friend, just you 2, I think he will automatically assume it's a date.

Oh yeah I know I bet he would love to see it and boy wouldn't that make things awkward at work. Of course it takes time but we do talk alot about things in work, so I already know a lot about him.

Of course it takes time and I may change my mind or we might grow to be good friends.

Totally, I would not suggest this for a long while...

I would like to watch dvds together. I would suggest coming to my house, but my husband very rarely goes out without me so it would be extra awkward.
