Spot is right, it was meant to end for both yesterday but they have decided to extend it for non EDF customers only.Make £10 per day-
June: £100/£3000 -
Well, I completely missed that offer....
I read offer and thought it only started at 9am this morning.0 -
Bah. They kept that hidden. Let's see what happens to the switch request I put in then.0

I also am with EDF and dont see this collective switch rate. I also received my bill this morning and it is not mentionned on it.illegitimi non carborundum0

MoneySupermarket say this tarrif has been open to EDF customers for past two weeks, but is now closed. Why did MSE only say the offer was open after the offer closed?illegitimi non carborundum0

So I got past the offshore contact centre script readers and spoke to someone in the UK. Apparently this deal was open to existing EDF customers for two weeks through MoneySupermarket (ie before the MSE offer opened), but they cant do it now.
So, as they don't want my custom any more after ten years, I am now a customer of Scottish Power. Plus Quidco cashback.
Interestingly, the Scottish Power tarriff (Online Fixed Price Energy May 2017) is on both uSwitch and MoneySupermarket, one says I will save £216 and the other says I will save £302. Both from the same EDF tarriff. One of them should be reported to ofgem IMHO.illegitimi non carborundum0 -
I don't understand these collective switches everywhere is doing these days. So the supplier is getting 100s/1000s of new customers who are part of the switch....
But the collective switches seem to happen every month or so. All that gives to the supplier is an administrative nightmare, not long term customers.0 -
Doesn't look like they want long term customers these days, favouring non-customers over ten years+ loyal customers.
EDF lady had the temerity to say she hoped I think of EDF when my Scottish Power tarriff finishes.......I told her she would be one of ten or so companies I would consider, i.e. more unlikely than not she won't be seeing me again in my lifetime.illegitimi non carborundum0 -

HI CashStrapped
Just to clear up, the exclusive EDF tariff currently available on Cheap Energy Club was only launched at 9am on Friday. It is only open to users who are switching to another provider from EDF.
I understand that in late April/early May, MoneySuperMarket were running a collective with EDF which is priced at the same level as the tariff on Cheap Energy Club (and this was at the time available for EDF customers.
I hope that helps.0
