Sorry to hear that hmd. Nothing really from me either, had a second viewing yesterday but my gut feeling says they are in no rush and sadly I think we are days away from losing the house we want as she has a few people who want it who just need an offer on theirs (and have had second, third viewings etc).
Trying to be zen and think whatever will be will be. If we miss out on this house I am going to push the idea of moving to the back of my mind a little (getting married in Dec so plenty of other stuff to think about!) and take viewings as and when without much emotion - we aren't exactly needing to move as a matter of urgency.0 -
I've not posted for a while because nothing has been happening but EA contacted us and we have a viewing booked in for Saturday. Not getting my hopes up though, I've had enough no shows I'm becoming a cynic0

Hello - I'm getting frustrated here too, its been a couple of months on the market here!0
-
How about coming off the market, try to address any issues that might be putting people off from viewing then going on fresh with new photos?0

Well well well....
At 4pm we received an offer for a lower offer than we need to get our onward purchase with the mortgage offer received.
We made a counter offer and they came back with a renewed offer a bit higher. With bit of backing and forthing we accepted an offer and subsequently had our offer accepted on our chosen property! :j :j
Never give up!0 -

Fingers crossed you sell quickly like I did then you don't need to worry about tidying for long! It'll be worth it in the end! Better than not tidying and never selling!0

Congrats chickenmama!
Seems our open house had some effects too, we've had one offer slightly below, and are expecting another one. Fingers crossed!0 -
So happy for you CHickenmama
We have decided to change estate agents; reducing the price at the same time.
We have to give 2 weeks notice to our current estate agents but going to get new photos taken by the new estate agent during this time so that we are ready to go.
Fingers crossed x0
