Yes..perhaps...but we've dropped our house price 30k below market value and it's been on the market for 19 months so it's not a normal reflection of the current market.
Ours has been renovated from top to bottom but is next to a pub. We've dropped it stupidly low as the money is not too important and we have our eyes on a property that is ideal.0 -
Two more viewings booked for Saturday !0

Ive had mine on the market for almost 3 weeks. 7 viewers with one coming back for a 2nd viewing at the weekend. Agent has told things have really slowed down in the area. No offers as yet & only feedback was bedrooms too small. Not alot i can do about that though.
Heres the link any thoughts?

Thanks for the comments.
Id not noticed the dish, its the dogs water bowl.
When you say the previous photos do you mean the historical ones? Didnt realise you could do that. How would i go about doing that?
Cheers.0 -
One suggestion would be to have the previous photographs removed from the Rightmove website It seems to me as though the house has been through the mill a bit and as a buyer I would be concerned with what's underneath.
As an experienced buyer, I'd be impressed with the amount of well-targeted inward investment in the last 4 years!0 -
Then I'm not sure what that's saying about the current price!0
