  • 2 recent viewings - one couple not sold theirs yet feedback was that they are interested but also interested in others so just waiting.
Another couple who just sold theirs and had a really positive (I thought) viewing but apparently doesn't tick all the boxes and top of budget for them so nothing doing at the moment

    Come on buyers!!!

Feedback from Saturday is they liked ours but preferred another one with an extra bedroom and extra bathroom as same price! Though got another viewing booked for Saturday!

This person has had an offer accepted on her property so I'm hopeful X

Chrissie that totally sucks :( it's so hard getting it ready for viewers x

No viewings now since a week Friday ago. Think I'm going to step back a bit and try and stop stressing over it. Know the house I want to put an offer on but can't force anyone to buy mine in the meantime, if the other one goes before sell mine nothing I can do about it.

That is what we have said mr da.
We have found the house we want to offer on but we need to sell ours. I check it's still there everyday I'm trying to not think about it too much

Joining this thread. House was officially placed on the market this morning. Estate agent has called, and we have a viewing arranged for tomorrow evening. This is the first home we have sold, and we are not in a great rush to sell, so hopefully we can remain nice and relaxed throughout the whole process. (Maybe we're just being optimistic haha!)
  • Fingers crossed for you.

Same here Christie, I check it's still there every day but I'm thinking about it less with every day that goes past with no contact of my estate agent . But kind of enjoying or maybe even need a week off the stress of it all.

No viewings in almost four weeks. Might take a step back from the whole thing. I had feared that a buyer's survey might reveal something unpleasant. Never thought that I wouldn't even get a buyer. Eight week contract with EA ends on 15/4. :(

We've already hit pause on looking for a place to buy. We actually made offers on two houses, but were turned down both times due to not being under offer. A blessing in disguise.

ups and downs for us went on market last Friday, recieved a full asking price offer within hours of going on RM only to find out those at bottom of chain have now pulled out. Thankfully only a small chain and we are at top (going into rented whilst new house is built) and other 2 parties still want chain to continue.
Seller at bottom of chain has reduced in order to get quick sale. Fingers crossed
  • Kieron that was quick. Well done. We are having the agent round tomorrow to re take some of the terribly dark photos.
