Nothing at all doing here this week , makes it worse when you've found a property you would really like to offer on. Half want to put an offer in to see how low they will go , then I would know if I could reduce mine anymore . But thinking it would leave me in a poor bargaining position.0

We have accepted an offer on ours today. After some negotiating to get it up to where we are happy Although we will be staying on the market as their's hasn't sold yet, but mortgage offer already in place. Hoping that it does as this is the third offer we have accepted. One fell through because she couldn't get the mortgage, the other one just changed his mind. Fingers crossed for this one and they get an offer quickly!0

Well it looks like our viewer today is a no show. I'm so so annoyed, spent hours cleaning & de cluttering, got up early & hubby took the morning off work to take the girls out of the way so I could do the last bits of steaming the floors etc. The EA rang her & got no answer so he has gone to his next appointment. How hard is it to just ring them & say sorry not going to make it & I could have got on with my day 😡
I hope everyone else is doing better than me0 -
