As he's employed, you could let the council have the employers contact details so that they can recover any costs without having to contact you for his address.Grocery challenge 2017 January £158.74/£200

He's employed through an agency so would that work?
He's promised to move one car tomorrow as soon as he takes it for the MOT and gets tax and insurance. The other one is to be sold as soon as the first one is on the road so I shall soon have my driveway back
He's being nice as pie now, emailing politely to ask how the kids are etc. I'm sure he thinks if he's nice for a bit I'll relent and start helping him again. Um no. I have to stay in touch with him because of the kids but that's it. I'm just ignoring all the other stuff in the emails and just replying about the kids. He is at least sober which is good because if he drinks he's not seeing the kids.
I'm discovering I'm quite happy pootling along by myself.Debts Jan 2014 £20,108.34

Have you read everything on the thread.
How can the OP 'get rid' of the father of her children?:hello:0 -
Yes not as simple as all that Techvirgin. Have to keep things amicable for the sake of the kids, and he's not an evil dad or anything-just useless when he drinks. If this whole situation has an impact on his drinking then he can carry on seeing the kids. If not then yes it'll go to court at some point so I can organise supervised access but no I can't just "get rid".Debts Jan 2014 £20,108.34
