Hi all-he knocked on the door this morning but I ignored him and he went away after 2 more knocks. I'm not feeling well today. Too much stress as well as my health condition(as yet undiagnosed) -all a bit much to cope with I think. So I'm being gentle with myself today and just doing things I like doing,

I did it!I chucked all his stuff out! This is my front porch now!





I also chucked out a bin bag full of ratty shoes and have 2 more ready to take to the charity shop

Hi. I'm OK. Haven't been tempted to let him back in. Spoke to someone from the domestic abuse team and they're going to register me for the freedom programme but there are no spaces till September.

The freedom programme is well worth doing. Log every interaction with the police; should you need to get a non-molestation order, it will be invaluable.
Carry on in the direction you're going in. Don't let any of this abuse go unchallenged- not by you, don't 'antagonise' him face to face, but by the police. Don't think it's not worth bothering them with- it is, and its their job.
