Yes I have locked the door now. He is apparently trying to sort out insurance for one car so he can take it away-I have told him at the latest on Monday or I will have it towed away by the council. The other one he is going to sell for scrap and will be taken away next week as its not driveable.

Well done OP!! Stick to your guns. This is your life and he doesn't have ANY right to harass you like this. Don't give in to him, if you feel weak just remember something annoying he has done (eg: sleep in a car on your bloody driveway!!) and it'll give you the strength to keep going! If he doesn't move his car, scrap it, you've given him enough notice.

As for his Dad.... Tell him where to stick his £100, if he was that concerned he's fly back from Poland, collect his son and take him back there to sort him out!

If it's likely he won't follow his actions through( it is?) keep the police in the loop as to what you are doing as to getting it towed

The police are the ones who advised me I was well within my rights to have the cars removed :)

:) good! Maybe let them now on the day of towing that it's going ahead then, just so they can keep a wether eye on the situation .

Just checking in to see if he made the deadline or if you've had to call the council?

He's a lorry driver and I don't think the employer cares as long as the job gets done.
