    Looking back, I've given 11 electricity readings on various dates before month end. They have all appeared on my account within a couple of days (possibly sooner) so I don't believe that they have been thru ANY form of external verification - and up until September they were being used to raise the monthly charge/bill. Not sure whether IRESA are estimating THEIR end of month reading based on previous months or on some simple algorithm using MY reading!! but as long as its not too far out I'm not going to worry unduly, especially as I have elected to move onto their Flex 5 fix when the current tariff finishes early March.
