A quick search shows a few other brands - OvaTel, Focus & Calista. I'm definitely going to get one to try it for next month. :j

Lwcus! That's excellent news - try to stay relaxed, fingers crossed for you.

I've not get any tests left to do another one yet, I have ordered some. I rang my best mate earlier to lighten all my woes and she says she has a spare test, so I think I'll pop over there tomorrow if I haven't come on yet. Still waiting, but I'm afraid to wonder if I might be pregnant because I'm so stressed that'll probably be why I'm late.

Firstly, congrats to Lwcus - really pleased for you! Here's hoping me and jiblets1 catch up with you soon!

So now I'm on day 34 and counting - no sign of AF yet.

Did a POAS 2 days ago - got a BFN, but I'm not sure I believe it - heard too many reports of people getting false negatives (was a 'false negative' baby myself too).

Fed up with this now :mad:

Do I go to see the doc, or do another test next week? I'm quite stressed atm so maybe I'm just missing a month?

Any advice gratefully received!

As I said its very early days and I've been here before so we'll just take each day as it comes.
I would just do another test in 2 days time. I bought my tests from babymad and they are very sensitive. They should be able to detect HCG 4 days before AF due. I may need to order more as I'm still testing every day to check the little blue line is still there. I find that after I see it I can relax better for the rest of the day.
Are you having any symptoms? I'm not, I have tender breasts which I would have just before AF anyway.

Thank you very much for the warm wlecome. PoppyJoe the bump and I are doing well - though we didn't move far from the couch today. Jiblets1 there are so many different things out there I can't get my head around them all. Everytime I read this thread a new thing is mentioned that I have never heard of. Static999 - thank you for sharing the names of the similiar tests that you found. It will definitly help my Egnlish friends understand what I am rambling on about.

STILL no sign of aunt flo, and I had a nice relaxing night with my OH, bro and parents last night, so I kind of expected it to be there this morning. Shall definately head for my BFs later. I officially didn't come on Thursday, Friday and Saturday now. Is that enough time to get hopes up? I'm too afraid. I'm not even reminding OH that I'm not on yet because I don't think I could keep in control if he got excited. Since I did that HP test on Thursday I think he's put it out of his head, and I don't really want to explain the whole possibility of false negatives to him.

I also had to say in front of MIL on Friday that I hadn't come on yet because when they came around for food my OH gave us souffle for afters and he'd served some up for me before I clicked that it had raw eggs in it so I had to then explain why I didn't want to eat it. Not really what I planned...

No symptoms here either I think. I haven't got my big sore boobs that I would normally have before my period. I guess I've been hungry and tired, but now I think I'm just searching for symptoms.

I am so absolutely scared of hoping.

good luck this afternoon. I know how you feel, i'm the same, just so scared to get hopes up. I dont want to go over to the pregnancy thread just yet, maybe in a few days if I'm still preg then.

Re ovulation sticks I started testing day11 and carried on til I got result.

I'm waiting for AF to come asap so I can try again! I've ordered saliva ovulation kit so hopefully I can be more prepared this time.

I've picked the test up off my mate. I'm trying to decide whether to do the test now or wait for my strong pee in the morning. Recommendations please?
