Can i ask how much do you bleed with implantation bleed?

On day 18 so far too early as usually at least 30 days?

Oh well must hold out and wait a little longer

Not every woman bleeds with implantation. I'm quite sure I didn't with either of my pg's but I could have sworn I did last month :D I was wrong tho as AF came and is on her way out.

From what I have read of other womens experience of IB its usually a little bit of spotting that is fresh.

Implantation usually occurs 6-12 days after conception.

I didn't have any bleed at all although I am VERY sure when implantation was... felt like someone punched me in the stomach!

Well, nothing more today, all clear and no sign of AF so will just have to wait and see.

Thanks guys, just was strange when i got home last night felt a little odd, had felt very very sick during the day then the spotting and my brain went wild!

Now to calm it all down and write some reports. Thanks guys.

  • Oooh girls, quick question. When you see EWCM when do you have to BD? I have just had some and am panicking thinking I need to BD immediately. I am assuming my cycle is longer than I first thought as I am on CD22 today. Otherwise I have a really short luteal phase and I need to work on lengthening that. Will I be ok to wait till tonight to BD?

    Thanks in advance girls!

:rotfl: I just went to the loo and found the same - my first thought was 'bu&&er, I have to go out tonight straight from work, no chance of jumping DH at 5pm then'!

The egg is meant to survive for 24-48 hours after it's been released, so there's no huge rush to BD as soon as you see EWCM. And as sperm can survive for around 5 days, if you BD every other day or so around OV they should both, in theory, meet somewhere in the middle.

    Sounds easy, doesn't it

Needless to say though, DH's luck WILL be in as soon as I get back from my evening out :p
  • Ok girls.............confused (theres no surprise eh!)

This is only month 2 of TTC and well last month we just kinda went at it like rabbits (LOL sorry TMI!) Trying very hard to be slightly more aware of my body this month. According the the calculator I used I should be ovulating anytime now. (Well it gave my most fertile day as Saturday) Today I have been feeling slightly.........crampish, well more sort of that feeling you get a few days before AF arrives. Are these ov pains? Now that I think about it I probably always get them but just never really thought about what they were before!

I have been having this too yesterday and today a bit-thought it might be ov pains too (thought I found EWCM but think I was mistaken and might have been PP!) so think that I might be ov soon too?

We are trying the rabbit approach too at the moment as this is the first month ttc and I have no clue what my cycle is doing  DH is quite happy with this method :D

  • I’m currently on day 23 out of 25, up until yesterday I hadn’t had any symptoms apart from the odd occasion of feeling a bit queasy. But yesterday I felt nauseous for most of the day and at one point did rush to the toilet to be sick, although I wasn’t. I’ve been really trying not to get my hopes up, even though for the last couple of months I’ve always had spotting a few days before AF and so far this cycle I’ve had nothing, but I have had AF type cramping pains this morning so that’s probably not a good sign.

Do you think it would be too early to test tomorrow? (CD24 out of CD25)

    Babydust to you all.
